There are 4 ways to register for the “Believe to Achieve” Free Youth Football Camp.

1. Mail the registration form into the Warren Community Center-5460 Arden Rd., Warren, MI 48092
2. Register in person at the Warren Community Center-5460 Arden, Rd., Warren, MI 48092
3. Fax the registration form to: 586-268-8409
4. Scan the registration form and email to freeyouthfootballcamp@yahoo.com

Deadline to register for Camp #1 (July 10-11) is July 7th
Deadline to register for Camp #2 (July 17-18) is July 13th
